Helpful details about Mafateil arrangements, requests, and availability.
What is a dazza?
A dazza is a Kuwaiti tradition in which the groom’s family presents gifts to the bride, such as jewelry, perfumes, and fabrics, beautifully arranged and displayed. At Mafateil, we design and style every dazza so it feels as special as the occasion itself.
How do I book?
Choose your dazza, set your dates, and send a booking request through the website or WhatsApp. Our team will contact you to confirm the details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the wedding season, as dates fill up quickly.
Can I make changes to a ready design?
Yes. Many clients start from one of our designs and adjust the colors or details to suit their occasion. Just tell us what you have in mind.

What’s the difference between renting, buying, and customizing?
Renting gives you a complete dazza for your occasion, collected afterwards. Buying means the dazza is yours to keep. Customizing lets you design it with us, from colors to the smallest details.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery time, location, and any related fees are agreed in advance when your booking is confirmed.
What if a rented piece gets damaged?
Rented pieces are collected after the occasion in the condition they were delivered. If anything is damaged or lost, the cost of repair or replacement is covered by the client.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, please contact us as early as possible. Changes and cancellations follow the terms agreed when your booking is confirmed.
Will you share photos of my dazza?
We sometimes share photos of our work in the gallery or on social media, never with personal details. If you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know.
